lederhosenWoman dies protracted and agonising death in Irish hospital because doctors refused to perform an abortion. This makes me so sad and angry.
(A lot of coverage has focussed on the fact that she was neither Irish or Catholic, but you know what? An Irish Catholic woman in the same situation should ALSO have the right to an abortion if she chooses - and I'm pretty confident that there are a lot of Irish Catholics who share that view.)
