silverblue and brandtotter (Rey's birthday present to each of us). Between Numan and Leonard Cohen, I'm beginning to suspect that making gloomy music is the road to cheerfulness and eternal youth... GN wasn't very chatty, but he seemed to be happy to be there, even while singing stuff like 'Prayer for the Unborn'.
Also, moved stuff into the new place... will be glad when this move is over (I start work in Melbourne in two weeks, yay!) For now I'm back in Canberra; my father and stepmother have the dog for the weekend, and the place is eerily quiet without him. It feels odd being able to open the fridge without an interrogation :-)
