If you want to improve the odds even further, you might consider wearing a helmet (rather than a soft cloth cap) and maybe using the side of the road reserved for people going the direction that you are going, rather than the other one.

Seriously, WTF? Sydney drivers are bad enough without adding to the closing speed.
Speaking of which, SMH story:
[Former Justice Marcus Einfeld] steadfastly maintained his innocence throughout the ensuing furore. He provided what he called a "comprehensive dossier" of information to police in August and was "very confident" the police would clear his name. "This information establishes that I was not driving my car, which was photographed by a speed camera on the day in question," his statement said. "I stand by that."
I will be very interested indeed to see how exactly Einfeld plans to prove his innocence. When he first received the fine, he submitted a statutory declaration stating that the car was being used by Florida academic Teresa Brennan at the time it was snapped speeding. Unfortunately, further investigation showed that Ms. Brennan had died three years previously...
