Which was the episode that starts with somebody who looks as if they're getting sick, and then a completely different person suddenly falls ill instead?

hehe.. it's pretty much a standard formula..

show some people, one who looks like they are going to be sick but it turns out to be someone else..

then they think they've found the cure, given them something, it starts working, and they are normally about to discharge them they have a relapse and it's something else.. and it's always a life or death thing..

or they are going into that big circular xray machine and while they are taking pics, the patient will go into some kinda cardiac arrest and they need to be pulled out..

hehe.. I've seen a lot of house episodes but it's the characters that keep me interested :)

Sometimes they have a siezure, or they can't have an MRI because they have a metal plate in their head.

Or bullets in the body. I have to admit, if I'd been there when House shot the corpse, I would have been giggling like a loon. But then, a lot of the shit he pulls would make me giggle like a loon. But then, I pretty much am a giggling loon.

Hey, once in a while they change it up and it looks like nobody's getting sick, and then someone does! It's amazing.

yeah they use a bit of a rotating formula. Though the cases are
"real" difficult ones that don't come along that often and when they do usually there is no doctor around good enough to diagnose them. It's fascinating to watch the diagnostics from a medical POV you can learn a lot. Most doctors in real life in similiar situations end up with corpses. I'm a House addict. I sit there with my Merck and try to figure out what wrong before he does. So far I have only "got" two cases before he did. (so yeah I'd have a lot of corpses too). hehe

Although my brother tells me a lot of the medicine is... well, rather less than accurate. I did catch them fudging the facts on at least one issue, with the patient who had sleeping sickness.

Isn't that a bit like asking "which Friends episode has one of the characters being so goddam neurotic you'd strangle them with your bare hands if you actually were their friend"?
