You aren't kidding. Here in Dallas, he'd have been allowed to drive at least five other companies into the ground before he was given a cushy position with the Bush Administration. The mantra of the Dallas CEO is "Personal responsibility? What's that?"

It's a novelty here too - usually, bankruptcy laws seem to let them keep a mansion, a big shiny car, and anything they put in the wife's name. Seems like this guy actually wasn't planning to lose people's money and hadn't covered his ass accordingly.
