lederhosenOne of my workmates just came by to show me a letter he's about to send:
Dear [Well-Known Real Estate Agent],
My partner [name] and I just received a letter notifying us of an upcoming agent's inspection on [rental address]. This was a bit of a surprise to us as we moved out of there six months ago, ended our lease, and got our bond back from you.
I think your best bet may be to send one of your people over to [rental address] and find out who's living there now.
Glad to see the tradition of incompetence at [Well-Known Real Estate Agent] is still going strong!
