Hah. I remember Mr Masur. Yeah, damn hippy. One of the few worthwhile teachers I had at Grammar, though, in that Dead Poets Society kind of way.

Mr Watson, the Chinese teacher, he was pretty cool, too.

Trying to remember Mr. Watson... I think he was one of mine, maybe for Asian Studies rather than Chinese.

Masur was cool. I still remember the time he gave us an assignment on a poet who didn't exist; about half the class failed to realise it was a creative writing assignment in disguise.

I had quite a few worthwhile teachers at Grammar. Most of my maths teachers, several of the English ones (Shelagh Haines especially), a couple in the sciences. Unfortunately, too many of the crap ones were running things...
