Beautiful anti-419 tales
Jun. 20th, 2003 11:50 amIf you have an email account, you probably get comically badly-written emails from people in Nigeria offering foolproof get-rich-quick schemes. There's a beautiful site concerning these scams at http://www.scamorama.com/
Some of the highlights:
Tales of people who've actually talked the scammers into sending *them* money (or, in one case, five grams of gold!) The current record, 171 pounds!
Scammers outwitted by a head in a jar.
Dori Kuklinski finds a husband!
And my favourite of all: Dr David Ehi vs. Randolph Carter.

I might just email the scammr, asking him for information on the Chuuthu...(or however it is spelled) along with a few thou from his presidential account as well, for a new laptop.
Hehehehehe thank you most kindly for the excellent finds and posts, that email series is in my favorites.
with warmest regards...
