Unrelated, via cerebrate_think, US soldiers get screwed over once again:

Anderson's orders, and the orders of 1,161 other Minnesota guard members, were written for 729 days. Had they been written for 730 days, just one day more, the soldiers would receive those benefits to pay for school.

Yes, that is disgusting, but nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to the Bush Dictatorship.

The only thing that surprised me is that the link provided goes to the Portland, Maine NBC affiliate, rather then some station closer to where those soldiers are from. Small world.
