Fantastic. Look Around You is exactly the sort of thing that would play on BBC2's schools block very early in the morning when I was a lad. Ostensibly for teachers to tape (I think one of my teachers might've had a VCR) and show in class, it was usually the sort of thing you'd see during a fever while home with chicken pox. Easy to spoof, but that was just spot on.
We used to get similar stuff, probably bought off the BBC once they were done with it. Without the Beeb, our ABC would've had an awful lot of programming space to fill.
