AFAICT, no further developments on either side, although being at work rather impedes my ability to Google a story involving Larry Flynt and group sex.
Flynt claims to have witnesses putting Bolton at the Plato Club, and it's on public record that Christina Bolton ditched him while he was overseas in 1982. From the article, I'm not really clear on whether the "he forced her into group sex" bit also comes from witnesses, or whether it's speculation based on the above. Even if it had nothing to do with the divorce, visits to the club would certainly be potential blackmail material that should've been disclosed.
I doubt Flynt would make allegations like this without something to go on, and AFAIK Bolton hasn't yet sued for libel, which is suggestive, although not conclusive.
