MMR addendum
Jan. 27th, 2011 06:45 pm...and it looks as if the Daily Fail article is actually about the preliminary results of four years ago. The ones that were clearly flagged as 'preliminary' and have not, in the four years since, been followed up with peer-reviewed publication (of any sort) AFAICT. Which rather suggests that the final results didn't live up to the original announcement.
On an unrelated note, why is it that when I look at a UK website from an Australian IP, I get banner ads urging me to "dial 911 at the first sign of a stroke"?
