Dear self: sometimes it isn't all about you. Pretty often, actually.

Note to Dog-Or: No. That is not going to happen. For one, you are missing the relevant body parts. And for another, even if the other dog was okay with it, you would need stilts.

(I do have to admire his optimism, though.)
