Making bad news slightly worse...

I know the real tragedy of yesterday's film news is that a guy died. And probably the secondary tragedy is the idiots making things worse for his family by insisting that it must have been suicide or drug abuse. (If it was, it'll be confirmed soon enough, and the folk who want to pontificate about it can do it then. Or not, which would be even better.)

But discovering that the movie that might not get finished as a result of his death is a Terry Gilliam film starring Tom Waits as the Devil... that also makes me sad.
