"Reanimates K. Puzzlement" and "Garrote Q. Dosage". Since I've just finished re-reading Charles Dexter Ward, the former seemed somehow appropriate, but I'm still not sure I want to take R.K.P. up on this offer of "best sex humanly possible". Reanimation only rarely figures into *my* fantasies.

From my wall calendar, March 20th: "National Poison Prevention Week ends. Now you may eat poison, if you wish."

In other earth-shattering news, I am tired and my neck is sore. But to cheer me up, Rey is picking up Alice Cooper tickets this morning! (Tony thinks we'll be the only people there who aren't ageing bankers and stockbrokers, but I'm hoping they won't make up more than two-thirds of the crowd.)

Got polled by a nice lady yesterday. Did not eat her liver. One of those "bored with her job and trying to have fun with it" people, which possibly affected the accuracy of the results, but at least it was entertaining. ("Your satisfaction with your bank? Average? Go on, you *can* kick them a bit, they deserve it...")

Edit: Forgot to mention, the pollster thought I was 18, which put a smile on my face...

Hrm...

The Federal Government has made the move quietly as it searches for a face-saving way to soften its policy on failed asylum seekers who have been in custody for more than three years, and cannot be repatriated to their countries of origin.

It follows strong lobbying efforts by several Government backbenchers, churches and the powerful Family First party for the Government to relax its refugee policy for Christian converts.
