Miniatures pics

At last, some pictures of the figures I've been painting lately (and one of Rey's)... here.
As you can see, I really need a macro lens, and better lighting - try to imagine these in better focus, and without the glare :-) Better pics of the elementals and sarcophagus forthcoming once the camera's batteries have recharged.
The figures:
Ballista. Originally a Warhammer Dark Elves double ballista, though I don't think the Dark Elves would approve of the colour scheme. This one is probably dwarvish work. One of my first experiments with adding gravel and vegetation to a base.
Blood elemental (a Ravenloft creature). Originally a D&D Water Elemental. But I already had two Reaper water elementals, and this one looked too viscous for water. But just right for blood...
Bronze dragon. Originally an evil Reaper dragon of some description, but the body shape looked like it should be an aquatic creature, and I had lots of metallic paint handy. I had trouble getting the colours to photograph properly here, but I'm quite pleased with the painted water look on the base.
Ent. A GW "Treeman". Very pleased with how this one turned out. I got a decent wood look by using a "woodland brown" thinned with water, which resulted in green and brown pigments separating out to create a very nice effect - not that you can see it in these photos. Then inked to add definition, foliage detailed in various shades of green (and orange for the shelf fungi in his armpit). Finished off with flock, static grass, and lichen.
Ghoul King, another Reaper figure. Poor focus, alas, but isn't he gruesome?
Pyre elemental, originally a D&D fire elemental. Another Ravenloft creature - a pillar of smoke and fire. Should have some better photos of this one up soon.
Sarcophagus. Very happy with the stone effect on this. It opens - pictures of that coming soon, too.
Scorpion. A GW 'Tomb Scorpion', an undead bone golem sort of thing. Must inflict this on the Ravenloft characters some time...
Silver dragon (Reaper). Rey's work - she won third prize in a contest for this one. Especially nice drybrushing.
Mr. Tentacle. This is a RAFM cthonian, but we're using it to represent just about anything with tentacles. Most often this is
calair in squid or octopus form.
Water elemental (Reaper). An excuse to buy more shades of blue paint, with a bit of metallic mixed in to add sparkle.
