The main problem I had with the speech was that even thought he did at some points try, his criticism of Islam as a violent religion fall flat with me simply because he never seems to make the point that the bible is not as sweet as your average christen would have you believe. Yes he is anti secular, like many of the christen conservatives who talk about Islam seem to fall into an idealized view of it, “well yes the stone women to death, but at least they have standards of modesty” hyperbole everywhere of course. Talking about how much better the world could be if only the western societies would adopt what to my mind are the worst traits of Islamic society.
