dammit dammit dammit

Heard about this yesterday, didn't have a chance to post about it till today: Five aid workers from Medecins Sans Frontieres were killed in north-west Afghanistan on Wednesday afternoon; the Taliban have reportedly claimed responsibility*.

So bloody unfair. So wasteful.

*Perceptive readers may remember that the Taliban were supposed to have been pinned down in the south of the country. If they're mounting attacks in the north, that says worrying things about the security situation over there.
