Miscellaneous Stuff

Other good things:
Revised & fixed two more chapters of Chimera, printed them out, then spotted horrible scene misnumbering throughout second chapter. Fixed. Rewrote some bits, for the better I think. Two more to fix up and then I can get on with writing new stuff.
Figured out why I don't like a friend's writing style that much. She'd been showing me some of her work for feedback, and I had to tell her honestly that I wasn't really enjoying it much (no, I won't lie and say I like it if I don't.) But I was feeling rather guilty, since I couldn't put my finger on anything - technically it was fine, just wasn't working for me.
I finally managed to figure out what the problem was - basically, that I like lots of setup, while she likes to get on with the action. Fine now I know.
Must have early night for a change... damn. Already midnight. Still relatively early.
