Last night, Rey and I were walking the dog, when he spotted a black shape perched absolutely still on top of a fence.

Dog-or the Wonder Spaniel: OMG A KAT RRRAAAAHHHHRRRR! LEMME AT IT AND I'LL TEACH IT NOT TO SHOW ITS FACE AROUND HERE ANY MORE! GRR GRR ARGH!

Me: ...it's a mailbox.

Why not? I spent the rest of the walk pointing out mailboxes to him in case he needed to intimidate them.
