Things To Do At LAX
(while killing ten hours between Customs and the next flight):
(1) Check email at 25c US/minute
(2) Notice snuff-tin abandoned in phone booth. Nobody else around. Be alarmed.
(3) Do public duty and notify airport personnel. Who immediately come over, pick it up and open it. I can only presume the "don't touch suspicious items" rule is a union thing rather than a safety issue.
(4) Underline the "S. Connor"s in the LA phone directories.
(5) Sleeeeeep.
Have arrived in Lunenberg. Staying with Mayos. House almost entirely full of frogs, cats, lizards, ferrets, snake, mice, crickets, and a couple of people somewhere or other.
